Default Some Scrapbooking Tips
I haven't been scrapbooking for too long, but I have managed to learn a few things so far:

1. Do a dry layout before gluing your page. This way you can make sure it looks how you want it to without committing to glue.
2. Save every scrap from anything to use from paper to accessories. You'll always end up needing a small piece of something and if you haven't saved your scraps, you'll end up cutting from a bigger piece.
3.Look around the house for small accessories. It's the little things that can get pricey with this hobby, so anything you can find that's free is great.

Do you use double sided tape for your scrapbooks?

Every show I have seen on the subject uses double sided tape instead of glue to fasten pictures to the pages. Is this because glue is harmful to the contents of the book?

Well, liquid adhesive can really be quite messy to use and may bring irreparable damage to your precious photos. So, instead of using liquid glue, you can use tape runners, double adhesive tape or photo splits instead.

If you have trouble finding time to organize your photos (just like me!), you can store them temporarily in a manila envelope instead of a shoebox where they can get damaged or torn. You can then write the year when the photos were taken on the envelope to facilitate easy recall.

Thank you for sharing your tips. I will take note of them. Over the years, scrapbooking has matured into an art. No longer is scrapbooking about pasting newspaper clippings into messy bundles of paper. Today, scrapbooks have evolved into long lasting, beautiful mementos containing everything from news clippings to three-dimensional objects. It would really be nice to make our scrapbooks look interesting and attractive.

I have taken pieces of my sons old baby clothes and used them as backing on some pages. They really turned out nice. What tips do you have for making pages more 3 dimensional? Thanks.

Default "No, this time round it’s Oxycontin."
Dirt life. Soon, legal drugs will be sold in the market as Snickers or will Bonus to buy products

The mystery drug behind the arrest of Sherry Johnston, the mother-in-law to be of Alaska’s favorite pregnant teen Bristol Palin has been named, and it’s not Meth, the drug Wasilla is usually famous for.
No, this time round it’s Oxycontin.
Oxycontin is an opioid analgesic medication similar to Codeine that is used for pain relief in severe cases and for cancer patients. The drug is taken in tablet form legally (it’s available by prescription) or snorted, crushed or injected by addicts. It’s considered highly addictive and has strict controls over its distribution in many countries.
Pain killer abuse isn’t new, although experts say that Oxycontin is fast becoming the drug of choice among pain killer addicts, and it’s apparently popular with teens as well.
It’s not clear from reports whether Sherry Johnston was manufacturing the drug, just doctor shopping prescriptions and selling them on to addicts…or simply popping them all herself, but on a bright note, at least it wasn’t meth.
